UNIVERSITY OVERVIEW
CREATING CONFIDENT ANGLERS
Every angler wants to be effective on DIY adventures. Anyone can catch a trout out of the front of a guide's boat, but to do in yourself... that's exciting. The problem is that fly fishing can be hard. You won't learn everything you need to know in a decade, let alone a long weekend. Our University is designed with continuing education in mind. Your journey is long and we'll be there to educate and support you along the way.
Many anglers participate in our tuition fee based program, so they can stay committed to a long term plan and save a few bucks along the way. The style of teaching we use is direct, to the point, without a lot of hypothetical frill along the way. Our team is composed of avid anglers, some guides, and we are immersed in fly fishing education.
TUITION BASED LEARNING
Our tuition programs start with a basic Associates type degree and span all the way through a 4 year Master's program. Find the level that is right for you and join the Red's University of Fly Fishing.
