Wade Fishing the Yakima River
We want you to succeed. Fly fishing the Yakima River can be a challenging task, and the best way we've found to train you is to invite you to fish alongside us. Join this outing as many times as you see fit for continuing education and an opportunity to learn about varying seasons, hatches, and river conditions.
Our course that is based on the Yakima River is a great way to learn both practical fly fishing skills, and the nuances of wade fishing the Yakima Canyon. Each time you join this course it will be different. Varying weather, seasons, and hatches mean that you'll learn each and everytime you join this event.
The Yakima is a big challenging river, but our instructors will detail out exactly how, when, where, and why to approach the Yakima River for success. You will be able to replicate these ideas and techniques on any river, so there is immense value to this specific class.

You will meet at the fly shop and go through a brief orientation. The instructor will make sure everyone has what they need and you will head for the river. The class will caravan to several different access sites learning and fishing at various points along the river. The class is officially about 3 hours long, students may stay on the river and fish the balance of the day on their own. The focus of the class is definitely on learning, you have the rest of your life to put this new knowledge to good use!

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is made we are fully committed to you and have lost the opporuntity to offer the space to other anglers. Cancellations for Fishalong Adventures less than 14 days from the outing will forfeit the course fee or the University Credit used to register. Cancellations more than 14 days from the outing will forfeit 5% of the course fee, University enrolled students can re-book into a later date. Red's Fly Shop has the sole authority to cancel adventures based on conditions.
Cancellations for Casting Classes less than 48 hours from the class will forfeit the course fee or the University Credit used to register. Cancellations more than 48 hours from the Casting Class will forfeit 5% of the course fee, University enrolled students can re-book into a later date.
Tuition payments and course credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
