BACKPACKS and SLING PACKS

Sling packs are very popular because the angler can access gear carried on their back without having to remove it from their shoulders.  Backpacks have a bit more capacity, but are awkward to access.  The other choice is waterproof/submersible versus breathable.  If you plan to fish in saltwater its a good idea to spend the money on a waterproof pack.
