Returns and Shipping Policies



Products can be returned within 30 days as long as they are in new condition and can be re-sold. No returns after 30 days.

If you plan to make an exchange:

1. Write a note explaining the problem, and what course of action you would like to take.
2. Ship the product back to us (address below).
3. On exchanges, just let us know what product you would like. If the cost is greater, we'll give you a call to collect payment for the balance due.
4. We'll ship you the new product.

If you would like to return an item:

1. Write a note explaining why you would like to return the item.
2. Ship the product back to us (address below).
3. Items that have been used or deemed "unsaleable" will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and qualify for store credit only.

If you have a WARRANTY Claim

Warranty claims and repairs should be channeled directly through the manufacturer for the best possible service and expediency.

Orders over $50 ship free in the Lower 48 States
Orders under $50 in the Lower 48 qualify for $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping
Orders over $500 a signature upon delivery is required by the customer (unless otherwise requested in the order comments).

Most orders will ship FedEx Ground and you will be sent a tracking number upon shipment. Small orders such as flies will typically ship via USPS 1st Class. If you have a preference towards one method or another, please let us know in the comments section of your order.

*2 Day and Overnight orders must be placed by 12 pm PST to receive express shipping services.
*Express shipping is not guaranteed nor is it refundable for any reason whatsoever.


These policies are in place to help keep prices low and our team employed full time and ready to serve you.

Customer is responsible for any mistakes made regarding addresses on both online and phone orders. An invoice is e-mailed immediately at the time the order is place, and it is the customer's responsibility to contact us immediately if any corrections are necessary.

In the event an order is returned to Red's by the carrier for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the original shipping cost. (Red's will not provide free shipping twice).

Some packages will be deemed "oversized" and we may contact you with a request for additional funds to cover shipping.

Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax. Washington State Residents qualify for a Sales Tax Discount by enter promo code "WALOCAL" at the time of checkout. This code must be entered at the time of checkout, or specifically requested on phone orders. This is valid for Washington State Residents only.

Don't live in the US? No problem! International Orders will be charged actual shipping cost.. Just email us a list of what you need, and where you would like it shipped and we'll email you an invoice by PayPal which can be securely paid with any major credit card. It is super easy.

International orders are not subject to US taxes. However, it is possible that import duties will be applied by the country of final destination. The recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.


Some items are "Oversized" and do not qualify for Free Shipping. In these cases buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Most float tubes, pontoon boats, oars, etc. fall into this category.
