STRIPER LINES & SHOOTING HEADS

Fly lines for Striped Bass and other fish on saltwater coast lines are best pursued with a shooting head style line.  Minimal backcast room is the norm and these fly lines will allow the angler to generate casts of great distance with minimal backcast room and few false casts.  Lines for striped bass are typically sinking, but in some instances anglers prefer floating lines to stay above submerged structure.
