Returns at Red's Fly Shop

We hope that you love all your purchases from Red's Fly Shop. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Start your return here:

 

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy on Rods: Buy with confidence. If you buy a rod, test cast it in the yard, don't love it, return it. Just keep it clean and don't bang the tube around.
  • Online purchases are eligible for Refund or Store Credit if returned within 30 business days of receiving your order. If your item is over 30 days, please contact us to discuss options.
  • Products can be returned within 30 days as long as they are in new condition and can be re-sold. Rods must have a perfectly clean cork, please don't handle with grubby hands.

About Returns & Store Credit with Re:do

Red's utilizes Re:Do to provide a streamlined and easy returns process. Checkout with the 98¢ Re:Do product for free unlimited returns and/or exchanges on your order. Awesome, right?

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label with discounted shipping rates via Re:Do, saving you time and money!

International orders do not qualify for Re:Do protection. Any return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please see below for return shipping addresses.

If you have a WARRANTY Claim
Warranty claims and repairs outside 30 days should be channeled directly through the manufacturer for the best possible service and expediency.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • If all looks good upon arrival, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment ASAP.
  • Red's will process the refund immediately, but sometimes it takes the banks a few days to post.
  • From the time we physically receive the return, its usually about 48 hours to post back to your bank account.
