At Red’s Fly Shop, all of our guided adventures and general classes are welcoming and well-suited for women, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level. For those who prefer to fish and learn alongside other women, we also offer a variety of women-specific programs designed to build confidence, create community, and share the joy of fly fishing in a supportive, inclusive environment.

At Red’s Fly Shop, Ashtyn Harris, Shannon Mahre , and Kynslee Scott lead the way as three of our standout women fly fishing guides. They bring a great mix of fun energy, deep knowledge, and patience, making them ideal for both beginners and experienced anglers. Each guide has favorite waters she knows intimately, offering guided trips on the Naches, Upper Cle Elum, and other wild trout streams throughout Central Washington.
