TUNGSTEN BEAD JIGHEAD NYMPHS

These nymphs sink fast and stay down in the water. The density of their tungsten bead adds more mass than a copper bead, making a heavier fly with the same size bead. These nymphs are commonly associated with European style nymphing but can be fished under an indicator or dry fly as well. The extra weight also helps keep the hook point facing up-reducing snags and hang ups.
