TROUT FLY ROD & REEL OUTFITS

A 5 weight is most common for trout, 8 weights for Steelhead, and 3 weights for small creek trout. We try to make the purchasing easy by building complete setups for you to choose from. Here you will find setups appropriate for fishing anything from small Panfish to Tarpon, freshwater to saltwater. Many of these setups combine our favorite fly rods with our favorite reels. We also choose the line that best suits that rod and the species its intended to pursue.
