Anglers traveling to the frontier of the east will be targeting almost exclusively Rainbow trout.  Additionally, Char, Grayling, and Salmon can be caught as well but our flies in this category are specifically for Rainbow Trout.  The Rainbows in Kamchatka are big wild aggressive fish  that eat primarily mouse patterns and streamers.  While fish do gorge themselves on salmon eggs in the late summer, anglers traveling to this special place will typically prefer to target them on streamers and mice.  Trout on some rivers will also eat large Mayflies and Caddis, but you can locate those patterns elsewhere on our site.
