Summer is OVER. Time to change your game and make some adjustments for what many anglers feel is the best DIY fishing of the year. You'll need to change your summer mindset and fly selection, slow down and make some strategy changes.
October 23rd - 12 pm PST - Trout Fishing Rivers in the Cold Shoulder Season w/ Joe Rotter
Joe will talk tactics for dropping water temps and pre-winter trout fishing. This time of year the trout change behavior and begin to "hole up" and adjusting your style is critical for success. He'll share some of his favorite ways to fish in late October and early November.
November 6th - 12 pm PST - Steelhead Fishing, Gear, and Strategy Chat w/ Joe Rotter
Early November is the peak of our steelhead season here on the Columbia River tribs where we fish and guide. Join Joe Rotter @ Red's for a quick rundown on approaching water, making good use of your time, and how to find steelhead.
November 20th - 12 pm PST - Winter Trout Fishing Tactics
Joe Rotter from Red's will talk about winter trout fishing strategies for picking up cold water fish during the coldest months of the year. We'll chat simplicity, fly selection, reading water, and how to not freeze your ass off.
