Tan Squimp // Bonefish and Permit Shrimp Fly

The Squimp is a killer shrimp pattern for Permit and Bonefish.  Anglers fishing Permit LOVE the Squimp because it's a pattern they can fish under tension (while stripping) rather than while sinking (like a crab).  The yellow eyes apparently do 'em in for anglers in Espiritu Santo Bay and Ascension Bay. 

The #2 and #4 is a must have for Permit and the sizes #6 and #8 are Bonefish killers. If you were to choose one fly pattern for both Permit and Bonefish, the Squimp might be it.
