 This is the original "go to" confidence dry fly.  It is a universal small dry fly appropriate for trout fishing worldwide in a huge variety of situations.  Use it for Mayflies, Caddis, terrestrials, on lakes, or heck!  Use it even when there is no hatch!  

The Parachute Adams is a wonderful all round attractor or hatch matcher.
